Yes, Dollar Bank has the sole discretion to accept or reject any image provided for Customized Upload. Your request will be rejected if you submit an image that is unacceptable, including, but not limited to, these examples:

• Political statements
• Advertising, promotional text, slogans, copyrighted or trademarked material
• Phone numbers, URLs
• Brand names or branded products
• Celebrities, athletes, musicians, public figures, etc.
• Visa®, American Express®, Discover® or any other payment brand references
• References to any Visa or Mastercard sponsorship property, such as the Olympics or NASCAR®
• Socially unacceptable groups
• Provocative or sexual content
• Profanity, obscenities or nudity
• Violence, firearms, weapons or ammunition
• Any content that might result in problems at point of sale or interfere with card security features
• Any content that might infringe, denigrate or dilute the Mastercard brand or its member financial institutions

Our free Image Gallery is a library of preselected unique background images that cannot be modified. If you would like to add a personal touch, remember you can upload your own image using our Customized Upload option.

Yes, the Custom Card Center is located within Online Banking or our mobile app. If you currently do not use Online Banking it’s easy and free to sign up.

The process is quick and you will receive your new card in approximately 10 days. If you used our Customized Upload, Dollar Bank will review your image and send you an e-mail in about 2 days to let you know if it is approved. If you selected an image from our Image Gallery, your card may arrive a bit faster as there is no image review required.

There is no cost for cards made using our Image Gallery. The cost for cards made using Customized Upload is $8.99. This amount can be debited right from your checking account. These fees will apply each time you request a new or replacement card through the Custom Card Center. There is no fee for a renewal card.

The guidelines below will help you choose an acceptable image for Customized Upload. If your image does not meet these guidelines or if we reject it for any other reason, you will be notified via e-mail and invited to try again using a different image.

All images for Customized Upload must...

• Be in one of the following file formats: .jpeg, .jpg, .gif, .png, .tiff, .bmp
• Be less than three megabytes (3 MB or 3,000 KB)
• Have pixel dimensions greater than or equal to 840 x 840 for background images

You can customize any personal Dollar Bank Debit Mastercard. Simply log in to Online Banking or our mobile app and click Customer Service > Self Service > Personalize Debit Card to get started!
